Payment:
Stays are guaranteed upon receipt of the reservation deposit, the amount of which corresponds to:
- 1 night for any stay of less than 3 nights
- 30% for any stay longer than 3 nights
These constitute the final confirmation of your stay.
The total amount of the deposit will be refunded in the event of cancellation up to 30 days from the date of arrival, after this period the deposit will be retained. The balance is paid on arrival during check-in formalities.
In case of no show or early departure the entire stay will be charged.
In special, non-refundable rate and promotion offer 100% of the amount of the reservation will be paid upon reservation and is non-cancellable, non-modifiable and non-refundable.

Tourist tax not included: 1.35 € / day / person
Payments accepted: CB Visa or Mastercard, Bank check, Cash, ANCV Holiday Check.
Housing :
Check in: 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Check out: 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.
In case of late arrival: notify reception 24 hours before
In case of departure before 8:00 a.m.: please go to the reception the day before before 8:00 p.m.
Departure after 11 a.m.: late penalties corresponding to 1 night will be invoiced
All our accommodations are for 2 people maximum, no extra bed or cot is available.
- Our establishment is not suitable for children under 12 years old
- Animals are not allowed

Classic room with mountain view: bed 160*200 (double or twin on request when booking)

The studios:
double bed 140*190, terrace with sea view, fitted kitchen: oven, extractor, hob, fridge, washing machine, crockery.
Bed linen and towels included, final cleaning included.
We do not intervene in your apartment during the duration of your stay, if you wish to replace your bathroom linen please inform the reception the day before before 8:00 p.m.
Important: charges totaling €30 may be levied if the kitchen is not properly returned: dishes clean and tidy, fridge emptied and bins removed.

Swimming pool regulations:
The 13m*7m heated swimming pool is open from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Access to the swimming pool is not authorized for babies and children under 12 years old.
The conditions of access are subject to compliance with the regulations, any person refusing to do so will be forced to leave the premises.
